Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the limited number of participants and the advance planning required for each session, all payments are subject to the following terms:

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your place in a specific program session and removes that spot from availability.

Cancellations by Participant

If a participant cancels their attendance for any reason:

– Deposits are non-refundable

– Any additional payments may be transferred to a future session (subject to availability and approval)

– No refunds will be issued for unused services or partial attendance

Transfers

Participants may request to transfer their booking to a future session. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to availability.

Cancellations by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the program must be canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, participants will be offered:

– A full refund, or

– The option to transfer to a future session

Force Majeure

The organizer is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to travel restrictions, natural disasters, or government actions.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Payment Terms

Total Program Fee

The total cost of the Hollywood Experience program is $3,900 USD.

Deposit Requirement

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in the program. Spots are not held without a deposit.

Payment Schedule

The remaining balance will be split into scheduled payments, which must be completed prior to the program start date.

Automatic Payments

By enrolling, you authorize the organizer to charge the payment method on file according to the agreed payment schedule.

Failure to Complete Payment

Participants who do not complete payment prior to the program start date may not be permitted to attend or access program accommodations.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards. Pay-over-time options may be available at checkout through third-party providers, subject to approval.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have been rendered or are in progress. Any concerns must be addressed directly with the organizer.

The program includes acting training, filmed scenes, headshots, accommodation, and meals as outlined on the program page.

Media Delivery

Participants will receive their filmed scenes and headshots within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of the program.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

The program is designed to provide training and experience. Participation does not guarantee employment, representation, or acting roles.

Participation Requirement

Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and activities. No refunds or credits are provided for missed participation.
